I must say a big up for my Camera bag a Lowepro slingshot 200, after flying over the bonnet and rolling along the road with it strapped to my back my Canon 400D and lense are still intact

I'd get that checked independently, although the photo of the hand looks OK.

It's amazing how things in bags can survive crashes; in my case, I was glad the yoghurt stayed in its pots; in your case, I bet you're relieved about the camera.
