Given that am working from home this week and will no doubt get very bored and my new denim Rainlegs are sat a few feet away winking at me I am hoping I won't feel the need to get my camera out (which is also new).

I am not aware of anyone being thrown out of YACF and I don't want to be the first.

You wouldn't be the first person to be chucked out of yacf; spammers touting Viagra have beaten you...

Haven't quite brought myself to wear them in public yet.

So, just around the house?  ;)

This thread is useless without pictures...

Sorry to spoil every one's fun but those are not my new denim Rainlegs and that picture was taken some weeks ago (on another occasion I was working from home  ;D  )

We are now a two Rainlegs household

Well, I did it.

I wore the buggers. What can I say. It was snowing, and they kept me warm and dry.

Even if they are an abomination.

There is even photographic evidence, taken by my colleague when I got in, but I can't link to photobucket during working hours so that will have to wait.

Spend an evening working over them with a black permanent marker and you can only improve matters...

I don't think those rainlegs look that bad.
This is of course influenced by them being placed on real legs which are nice!

Well funny.  I can't wait to wear mine now.  I think a new trend has started, everyone will want them soon!  For once I might be ahead of fashion.

They certainly look a lot better on you than on the members of Audax UK I've seen sporting them :)

You wear them with great aplomb.  I suspect they would not look so fetching on me :)  (apart from anything else, they'd probably reach my ankles!)

That's not the greatest compliment you can give a lady. "A lot better than a haggard, blood shot eyed, dirty and scruffy AUK." I mean, can you get any worse? :o

Okay, I admit it. I had a pair and never wore them. Ended up selling 'em on.  If anybody knows a local aldi/lidl/netto that is selling them cheap I'd be willing to buy a coffee for the Work of collecting and posting them to me.
You touch my Coffee and I'll slap you so hard, even Google won't be able to find you!

I love Rainlegs and have found them to work well. I have just bought a pair of the denim look ones for £7 - what a bargain.

I admit the denim look is a bit twatish but will probably enhance my appearence such is my normal standard of sartorial elegance.

I still have my faux denim Rainlegs and wear them with pride periodically - like tonight as it's pi55ing down.
