Because size matters . . .  ;D

Can any of our Br*mpt*n owners kindly tell me the seatpost diameter on their bike?

I'm looking for extra long 31.8mm for my Mission

Well that's the more blunt way of putting it but as usual he's dead right.

If nobody else replies, I'll measure mine when I get home this evening.
Won't somebody think of the hamsters!

I had to buy 32mm SQR bands to fit the SQR rack on my Brompton. 31.8 mm is probably correct but I can't measure that fine (only tape measures here no digital calipers).

Thankyou Helga.

Del, I thought it might be imprinted on the post . . .

Supplementary to that, is the post micro adjust or does one buy a 'Pentaclip'?

Sorry, late finish at work. Just measured mine at it's 31.8mm

Mine (an extended post) isn't micro adjust, it has a clip.

No apology necessary.

Many thanks for the info. I'll see how we get on with the folders over the weekend, at least I know if we need some extra seat height it's doable.  ;)

Thanks again
