I'm going up to Menai Bridge tomorrow from Chepstow. Will be following BCM route, if I manage to haul my arse out of bed to get a 6am start I will be passing the road up to Kings at anytime after about 3pm.

For all those motivated to change cleats, I have to admit that this was all down to fitting new ones.

Yes, Charlotte had a clipless moment and got bitten by a Time ATAC pedal.

Remember, kids - new cleats ain't always going to release as quick...

A couple, are you unaware of the financial crisis in the NHS - one is quite sufficient!

I did the "Offa's Dyke route" in RN Hutchins' "Quiet Wind assisted cycle routes" some years ago - a fantastic ride.

One of the highlights for me was sitting in a pub near Huntington and listening to Hergest Ridge on the CD player (pre MP3!) whilst overlooking the real thing.

Must be one of the NQ docs - an experienced doc would have realised the shoe goes at the bottom of the leg!
