Stella looks the same age as me.  She's 11 years younger.
Never tell me the odds.

Margaret Mountford has some brilliant facial expressions, normally involving widened eyes to feign horror.

Claude is being unusually nasty to them, but they deserve it

Claude and Baggs.

It's like watching an insolent schoolboy up before the beak.

Can't see which way this one might go.  Stella and Chris are so different to Baggs and Joanna.   I think Jamie has had his chips though.
Never tell me the odds.

Two go through to the final.

My choice would be Stella and Chris.  I reckon Lordsugar will pick Chris and Baggs.
Never tell me the odds.

Yes he was but he missed the opportunity to shout "It's Internet Service PROVIDER , not Protocol, you not-so-smart nonce" at the beardy guy who thought he was an IP techy.

Apparently ISP licenses are so easy to obtain on the I.O.M., EVEN KAREN BRADY COULD GET ONE!!!!

Political correctness gone mad. (Surely she could afford a decent haircut before troubling her pretty little mind with ISP licenses)

Yessss, Stella is through  She is faberoons.

Although, I predict that he will choose the monotone Chris as the Apprentice.

Chris has got a GPP (Genuine People Personality). He's a personality prototype. You can tell, can't you...?

I felt sorry for Joanna. Of course, there was no way she would go through but I think she is was a credible candidate and, apart from the winner, will have gained the most from the experience.

"You're not a big fish. You're not even a fish!"

Quote of the series YEAR!! How can that be an insult?! Brilliant.

Baggs was so fired. LordSirSugar looked like he'd woken up from a horrible dream where he'd fired Liz instead of Baggs The Brand, and found with dawning horror that it was true!

Stella should win, she is just so much better than any of the rest of them - professional, organised, straight-up, has actually done the almost mythical 'quit school, go to the City, get a foot in the door and make your fortune' thing.

However on the basis that he always picks the wrong person, Chris FTW.

It's a game show. Does anybody think that Baggs's ejection hasn't been scripted word-for-word for weeks?

Why do you think they let him on the show in the first place?

Exactly...There's no show without Punch.

I keep waiting for Sirlordalan to pull off a mask and reveal Simon Cowell beneath.

No surprise that Stella went through.

I did wonder whether Jamie might make it, simply because he had a bit more of the gift of the gab than the other two and could "sell ice to eskimos". Not enough at this level though.

It was weird that Jamie never really found his voice in last nights episode  :-\

Fired and full of shit, but I think that Baggs is still the winner of this series.  The chosen candidate might get his or her £100,000, be shut away in some dark cupboard and told not to bother LordSirAl again, but if he milks it right while he's in the spot light (and I'm sure that he won't be able to help himself) Baggs will shortly be richer than even he thought (with the potential for a glorious crash and burn, Gazza-stylee).

I, for one, would buy the Baggs aftershave as giving it as a present to one or two of my past co-workers would allow comment on what I think of their skills without having to utter a bad word.

Perhaps he was slightly cowed by in-your-face nature of the interviews (that, and the other candidates taking the pish out of his cheap suit before the off can't have helped). Or maybe he had something to hide which didn't actually come to light?

I think Baggs genuinely was despised; he's one of very few not to be invited back for the final (the others are foul-mouthed nutter Dan who was evicted in the first programme, the nasty faceache Joy who went in the second programme, weepy victim Laura, Raleigh who dropped out for personal reasons and Sandeesh-with-the-eyes).
Never tell me the odds.

Now for the 'Why I fired em' by Lor' Sugar.

It isn't as scripted as you think.

It seemed to me that Siralan Lordsugar's annoyance/anger was genuine.  He isn't that good an actor.

Ahh, scripted or not, that was worth the wait, especially in the light of last weeks 'decision'.

It's going to be an interesting finale. I think Chris is more creative and innovative, but has also been prone to believe too much in himself.
