Sprint for the prime.

Geraint Thomas won this race in 2004, he had special dispensation to race against the E/1/2 while still a junior.

What they're missing is Mr Series, whistling 'Land of Hope and Glory'. A well-known and guaranteed sheep clearing technique.

Remind me about it.  I was away with big G, for the last lap then the little shit stormed up the last climb to the line and beat me by 15 secs.  Bastard .
Got my own back at pembrey though,  beat him in the sprint about 3 weeks later.  Mind you , i was just about at my best then and G was still a 16 year old junior then.  Those were the days.
