I've just spent a weekend at an event run by the Ulster Cancer Foundation, at the Corrymeela centre just outside Ballycastle. One of the tutors/volunteers/entertainers was Like Concannon, formerly half of Nizlopi. He is a really nice guy, as well as being a very talented musician.
He told me after he finishes a gig in Belfast tonight he'll be packing his gear into a trailer, so he and his bicycle and trailer full of instruments and luggage will be on a boat back to England tomorrow.
As an aside, he has a Taylor guitar which ironically is small enough to fit inside an overhead luggage bin in an airliner. He still reckons
