There's a blue moon over Kirriemuir tonight, so it's my turn to cook.
A variation on spaghetti carbonara: poach some smoked haddock, and fry spring ingins and a little chopped bacon. As the pasta cooks, beat three eggs, with some cream cheese.
Drain the pasta, pour in the egg mixture and stir in until it's just cooked. Then stir in the flaked fish, bacon and onions. Top with some parmesan.
