So I guess we can kiss goodbye to cycling coverage on non-murdoch TV then?

Great... I suppose  ::-).

Just because Sky are sponsoring them, doesn't mean you will only see doemtic events on SKY, come to think of it Eurosports is the ONLY place you can see domestic events, apart from on Cycling.tv....

So no real change, the Pro-Tour etc will stay with it usual braodcasters, and domestic races may get more coverage.  Win-Win I say...

Cool. It has just inspired me to fire off an email to investigate the possibility of a city centre crit in Dundee for next summer..

Why not? If Brighouse can do it, I'm certain Dundee can...

This is Richard Williams' (Chief Sports Writer of The Guardian) take on things.
What on earth am I doing here on this beautiful day?! This is the only life I've got!!

Good stuff potentially: Sky bought half a page announcing this in this WE Observer as well as a full page in OSM. They are comitted. I see where Richard Williams is coming from though. I hope he is wrong.
