Really simple MP3 player

I'm on the lookout for a deadly simple MP3 player for my Mum, so she can keep upto date with The Archers while she's in hospital. Yes, there's a radio attached to her bed, but she keeps forgetting to listen.

Big display (if it needs one at all)
One button operation  - press this and Barwick Green comes flooding out. Later I can add some other programmes.

Any ideas?

I got a Sansa Clip as per the above thread and it's very good and pretty simple to use. The radio is surprisingly good. I binned the 'phones that came with it so I can't vouch for those.

Not sure it counts as really simple, thobut.

The display, while clear, is more than a bit on the small side.  Though cunning use of Rockbox themes may allow you to up the text size a bit.  I believe Rockbox will also provide speech for the entire user interface, but I haven't tried it.

The current iPod shuffle has only the most basic of controls and no screen, it's probably a good bet. If you can't stand iTunes, there are loads of generic Chinese clones on eBay.
