Having just replaced Mrs T's phone (due to a phone/toilet interface incident) from a W850i to a K800i, and having upgraded my phone to a W910i, I find myself in need of some of the above. Any experience of good/cheap place to buy such gubbins?

Try Darlo market - I know someone who bought a 4gb memory stick for a W810i for Not Much Money.

Try the froogle website and make sure that postage packing and vat are included.
Or see if play do it cheap and then go to PC world with proof of price and you get to pay the lower price minus 10%.
