Brommie seat post measurement?

Wonder if any of the myriad of brommie owners could have a quick measure of their stead for me please?

I'm after the _inside_ diameter of the standard Brommie seat post (bottom end).  It's for a project I'm working on where I need a long seat post to fit over another seat post.

29.5mm ignoring the slight flare-out which prevents it being pulled out in an upward direction.
