Last film I saw was Wall.E.  Very good.

But you have to watch to the very end of the credits...

Yes you do. I noticed a significant Studio Ghibli influence there too... lovely film.

The Dark Knight. To say I wasn't impressed is an understatement.

I'm watching Dangerous Liaisons just now and thinking they all need a slap.

Kung-Fu Panda last Thursday, The Bucket List a few months ago.
Was KF Panda trying to retell an ill-recalled biblical story or am I just bad on plots?

Prince Caspian, as good a way as any to while away a transatlantic flight

I'm scared to see that, after they made a bit of a mess of TLTWATW.  Cheap CGI looked like Quake II, appalling soundtrack and just didn't manage to capture the soul of it.
And Darkness and Decay and the Coronavirus held illimitable dominion over all.

Ditto!

I did also try and watch Batman Begins but fell asleep.  :-\

REC was pretty good. I'm not easilly scared but this got me in a couple of places. Really creepy. The hand held camera stuff can be a bit nauseating at times, but it's well worth a look.

Meet the Spartans  - Utter shite,  but quite funny in places, but you need to have seen 300 first

Cloverfield watched on a computer rather than the TV ( not through choice) added to the handheld ambience. Thoroughly fantastic film.

Led Zeppelin The song remains the same. The best guitar based band ever
Fast forwarded through Cloverfield on a plane. Thank god I didn't pay to see it....

Have you seen his version of 'Zatoichi'? Absolutely brilliant... Did you know that very strangely in Japan most people don't even know he's a film director? They just think of him as a (rather crap and overexposed IMHO) TV comedian... whereas everyone over here has very little idea about his 'comedy' and thinks he's this art-house kinda guy...

Hellboy - enjoyed this, though it was too long.
Horton Hears a Who! - animation, not too bad.
