I'm not new to cycling but I am new to the science of it... The heart rate monitoring, speed count, etc. I am also new to wanting to improve!
I'm aiming to do some sportives this year but I also want to have a go at track cycling. I want to be fast and I also want to aim to write my own training plan. Not necessarily straight away, but eventually I would like the understanding.
Does anyone have any good reading recommendations and/or starting plans.
