There's one in Hawkesbury Upton, not far from the well known Somerset monument.
The unwilling rider and the one who leaves each control in turn without reluctance, with no desire to come back, obviously cannot be making the same journey, even though their brevets are identical.

There's one in Little Musgrave, too (which also has a song, as you'll know).

And an entire Flickr group :D

Brilliant!  No surprise that the Colchester ones have been shot to bits - I think the same thing happened to Little Musgrave, only with swords, didn't it?  Or was that Matty Groves?  Are they indeed the same person.....

Fighting entropy.  Which, I suppose, makes it classifiable.  Damn.

Yes - this sort of frivolity is becoming all-too-commonplace  ;)

But unlike with bikes, if she sits in just the right place, she can play two at once!

Tomorrow, they have a large pane of glass to carry across a busy road, and an appointment with a long ladder and a bucket of whitewash.

The demise of CRTs has ruined the effect, somewhat.

But it's still possible to ruin £LOTS of televisual equipment with a stumble.

I reckon that bloke in the red LEL Volunteers t-shirt carrying Waitrose audax victuals is also heading for that bus which will pull out on that cyclist after the two tea leaves who have half-inched a tv from Currys(off camera) have legged it on board.

Thats not in Reading, is it?  ;D

Reading was the venue for a gratuitous drive-by fish throwing attack on me, in about 1971 or thereabouts....
Quite why a bunch of people in an Austin 1100 thought it appropriate to slow down and lob a large fish at me in Kings road, remains a mystery!
