There are two more calendar 600's before the end of the season.

Not this side of the pond there isn't. Slugbait would have to ECE a 200 to make it work.

There are 2 200's still on the calendar over here that could be ECE'd.

Or come over. One is in the north, with 22:00 start, so ferry then train from Hull might work.

...I assume there’s still no hyper badge to buy?

That would spoil it.

Just a few more years to go to claim my first ultra award. Hopefully the design won’t change.

Indeed and I don't have the time to hop over to England. So the hyperrandonneur has to wait until next year. Do superrandonnees and LRM's count?

Curious why those 600's are (AUK only) BR and not BRM. Blackpool-Glasglow-Blackpool was a BRM in 2017 (don't know about 2018).

One 600, one 700 and a 1200 here.   No time to fit another 600 in this season, though.

Yes, BGB was BRM in 2018.

With PBP frenzy over for the next 2 years the need for the extra work for BRM validation is diminished to only those chasing ACP awards.

It is the first anniversary of my AUK membership. Inspired by Bikeabilityman I have done 4x600 and the pbp, though one of 600s was last September so does not count. I am about to hibernate until the spring.

You’re not allowed to hibernate. There’s RRtY and ACME winter series badges to aim for! I’ve done at least a 200 a month since I joined. Don’t let Team MK down!

I have done another 600 - BBC London so that I could join you on the list at http://www.aukweb.net/results/detail/this/srh/

I didn’t realise there was a list and I’m on it now that the Mersey 24 hour results have been added. My other 600km rides were BRM PBP qualifiers.

I can’t get away with hibernating anymore as it it’s too hard to start again after a winter lay off. Instead I am trying to keep three RRTYs going. I will hopefully do my last ride of the season tomorrow which will bring me up to 99 points. I need my PBP validation to get over the 100.

9 Counties, North Coast 600, Gospel Pass, and ACME Grand.  It's a shame that the Kernow & SW 600 with its new route is on the same weekend as the North Coast 600, but I missed out on Scotland in 2020 and have a hankering for those wide open spaces and big skies.

Didn't realise that list was still there !

I assume I (along with several others) will be added once the PBP results are in ... nice to know it's still a thing.

I'm not sure it is still a list anywhere, but its still a goal I've not achieved  I had 2 x 600 and 1 x 1200 this year, which is not unusual for a PBP year - the problem with a PBP year is that the 600s tend to be shifted to the qualification period, whereas next year they are nicely spread out

I was close to a double hyper this season: PBP, BRM1000, 2x BRM600, 2x BRM400+200ECE, BRM300+300ECE, DIY500

just substitute the year/season of choice, for any past season.  (For the current season the link is different, see #209 upthread.)

Obviously the 2023 list will grow when PBP results have been added in, which is always a slow job.

I did 3x600s in 3 weeks in qualifying, then failed on the lands end 1000, due to incompetence and needing time for sleep, then failed PBP due to mechanical. Sad times. Maybe next year. (this season)

Leg 1 done - 9 Counties 600.

As I haven't entered any other events than 600s and 1000s this year it should be a very neat looking list.

That’s not hyper, this is hyper

INTERNATIONAL SUPER RANDONNEUR
https://www.randonneursmondiaux.org/36-ISR.html

Especially the “elevated” awards eg An "ISR 1200" recognises the completion of four rides of at least 1200km (each) and the "4C" recognises brevets on four continents., but a ISR 1200 4C is certainly hyper but don’t know what to call Mark Thomas (18) ?

Almost but not quite. Hyper Randonneur has a time limit, one year. ISR has no time limit, which I am taking full advantage of. Collected an ISR1200 4C so far with ISR1000, ISR600 and ISR (all 4C) still in progress. Without Covid, they would probably all have been finished off by now.

damn, I thought I would be the person on the list with the 4 countries closest together geographically, but the last entry of Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, beats my Netherlands, Belgium, France, UK
