Mrs JT and I shall be there. Hopefully somewhere near the finish but in sight of a big screen, presuming there is one/some.

I plan to get down to the embankment to watch the race on Sunday, but haven't worked out exactly where to be yet..

At the moment I am thinking somewhere near the Hungerford Bridge  (Charing Cross), as that has the corner, which might slow people down a bit,  and be close to, yet far enough away from the start finish line..

I will be going with Butterfly & Superstoker (& maybe Our Kid).

No idea where to head for.

I am thinking of coming along, as Mr R is on call in Cambridge so I have a free pass.

FWN - Emily and I plan on cycling in, if your daughter is of cycleable age and persuasion, we could boost numbers for a bit of pack protection on the roads in.

Chloe is now out with the missus  so I can ride up anyway.
If you want an extra outrider I'll join you.

Is there organised bike parking this year?

the only reference I can see to it is on the 'bikejam' site that shows some up at tower hill.

Bikejam is, I think, a 'family' event - anyone know if it's going to be suitable for Superstoker?  Or is it all colouring and facepaints?

We went, we saw, we returned

Was a fun day out, and thankfully the weather held out.

The very small crowds were a bit dissappointing, but at least they were enthusiastic.

It also gave me a chance to try out my latest n+1... oh my..........

I went by bike in the end, puncture mean't return for bike 2 then riding along Welling Way my front left hub nut rolled off and down a drain, I started riding back but luckily Bexley Bikes were open and he let me have a nut for free

So running late I thought sod it get a train but no way engineer works on the line  :-\ so back on the bike and ride up, a quick look around Bikejam and then on to Westminster to meet up with the others.

It was fun blasting down the traffic free part of the Embankment on the way back, spotted Bent Mikey on his way to work and Butterfly and Clarion around the Team parking area.

I have added pics in John Spooner's thread in the Gallery
