I broke a pole at Shrewsbury, and rang the company for advice. They had 'no poles in stock, but would send one when they got some in"

The new pole arrived two days after the phone call. Kudos!

I've got a Wild Country Duolite tent, mid-way through a trip away i found a section of the stitching had gone between the inner and groundsheet.  I made a temporary repair and contacted them when i got home, sent it back and they repaired it quick at no charge.  Very pleased with their service.
