I thought exactly that when I looked at the drying green this evening  :)

I would have been grovelling on the forest floor earlier but I've just got back from the world championships in Harrogate and the Wigtown Book Festival, which were both rubbish for spotting fungi.

BTW Lars and Monica send their best wishes (soz - it's taken me over a year to pass them on).
