What is the size of SPD Cleat bolts?

I'm looking to buy some replacement bolts for SPD cleats, ideally stainless steel so they don't get all rusty.  What size are these bolts?

They're an M5 thread, but the head is a non-standard shape - a normal countersunk screw might not fit.  I wouldn't worry about the rust - just wipe a bit of oil over them once in a while.

edited for accuracy cos I'm a numpty

If you want stainless steel, your best bet is Stagonset

Why stainless?  Put a bit of grease on them as they go in, and they will always come out.  Castrol CL is my grease of choice for these things - nice and waterproof.
