OK, winter approaches and it's time to start thinking about dark commuting. Oh joy! Having seen them in action I'll be buying some of the spoke reflectors that go around individual spokes:-

They make your wheels look like this from side one (I hope Señor Iddu doesn't mind me linking to his photo):-

Rose charge €9,90 for 36 or €18,90 for 72, and €12 for postage to the UK, so it would be an idea to do a bulk purchase. I'd then divvy them up and hand/post them on to people.

I'd also be prepared to sell them in other sized batches (even down to single figures) priced accordingly so you can buy just 4 if you wanted to.

Pretty sure they fit like pipe lagging, so they're removable should you need to put them on another wheel. jwo should be able to confirm, he has some...

No commitment required yet, but if people post how many they'd be interested in buying I'll get a rough idea:-

I'll leave this topic here for about a week before I'll open up a new topic for people to place real orders.

Looks like there's enough interest that prices will be pretty close to the exchange rate plus a bit to cover the UK P&P.

Remember, you don't have to order in multiples of 36. You can have just 4 if you want.

Also note that they fit normal sized spokes only. They won't fit aero or bladed spokes. I don't plan on accepting any returns should they not fit (but it should be easy to sell them on to others).

Only 1 Q - how much do they weigh? Rotating weight and all that !

According to the Polish page, 20 of them weigh 18g, so 0.9g each.

I'm planning on 70 broken and in the bin and 1 for each of the wheels.

Yes, some here too. I'm tempted to say 48, just to be different. But, probably 72 as new commuting plans may involve 3 bikes this year.
