I laughed at it too. But Crystal Tips, who is nicer and more fair than me, pointed out that it was probably Linlithgow Palace's sign - and the path WAS very narrow and slippery with leaves!

Oh absolutely, I could see why it was there, but I just found the juxtaposition funny.  ;D

In another context it wouldn't it be refreshing to see signs stating Motorists Dismount Here
