Title: Tree Tunnels
Post by: jogler on 05 October, 2011, 01:44:52 pm: Here's a couple on the route from home to Cheadle.The tunnel-effect is somewhat dissapated by the recent & ongoing seasonal leaf-fall.

Show these pictures to anyone claiming you don't need more than monlight to ride at night. In fact lights would help there at midday!

Post by: jogler on 05 October, 2011, 02:13:38 pm: When I ride them in summertime * with the trees in full-leaf I do switch on a Hope 1 so that there is no delay in oncoming traffic realising that they are not alone in the gloom

at rush hour hereabouts.This lane is a rat run to avoid Cheadle town centre for those folk working on the Brookhouse Industrial Estate.

She did. She's now at the Horseshoes in East Farleigh - the traveling was too much.

This one on the way out of Milwich heading uphill is very much more impressive during the summer when the trees are fully in leaf
