Tandem stolen

My Circe tandem was stolen today.  I feel very sad as I could see a time when my daughter would not want to ride the bike with me coming into view - she’s 10 going on 16 and riding a bike with her dad was becoming uncool.  However, I feel that losing the bike has stolen the last 6 months of adventures that we were going to have.

Thank you everyone. I've had bike nicked before, but they have felt more easily replicable. Oh well, adventures will need to find another route. - I bought a boat (_{small inflatable}) last year...

How on earth do you steal a tandem?  They're too big to fit in a car, too slow to ride away solo and tricky to sell on because of their rarity.  I'm sure it'll turn up.

Thanks rogerzilla, The thief was spotted on some CCTV. He was quite speedy really. Especially considering the weight of hte d lock and that he 'had' to rip the bike stand in half.
