Marmite + Clarion = I will do anything for love, but I won't do that.

;D  So that is the that that Mr Loaf was discussing.

Incidentally, given the man's shape, it is clear there has been a misunderstanding along the way, as he must be a fan of Maltloaf.

On the subject of maltloaf, a huge Asda supermarket has now opened by me. They don't even do the cinnamon one?  >:(

It takes blood and guts to be this cool but I'm still just a cliché.

Marmite can do the towels and Bovril would do beef curtains.

Supermarket FAIL.

Surely the principal purpose of a food retail unit is to provide maltloaf?

I could always get "normal" maltloaf and Schwartz it.

Whilst Marmite on toast makes for pretty good post-pub munchies (and is undoubtedly healthier than a greasy kebab), that's as far as I'm prepared to take my consumption of said yeasty spread.

I haven't tried the cereal bars, but I've tried Marmite cashews, and ended up dumping most of the packet.

I had one of the cereal bars yesterday.  It was a freebie packaged as 'Marmite Toothpaste', some kind of marketing stunt.  Not a patch on the cashew nuts I'm afraid.

I have, over the space of the last week or so, eaten ~5 marmite cereal bars and absolutely love them.

I reckon I'm addicted.  I'm just hoping that (enough of) the world at large feels the same way so they don't discontinue them and hence I don't end up having to stockpile the last few batches of them and hope they don't go bad.

Yes, a successful taste test.  Slightly sweet but mostly salty.   Mmmm.  Kind of like good porridge, only in a marmitey sort of way.  Really nice!
