I think she's playing in Liverpool ,  but I don't believe I've ever listened to any of her music.   I must be turning into Wowbagger !

I was in Edinburgh last weekend, and the place seemed abuzz with Swifties.
The tram from Newhaven heading to the stadium was ram-packed with young uns all glittered up.
The ones jammed up near me had come up from That London to get a place.
One of my companions from Canada was given a sparkly bracelet from a random stranger she just met on the tram!

I quite liked the buzz about the place.

And in any case, when the vast majority of cyclists are not like the denizens of this place and will mostly NOT have Garmins or other devices telling them how fast they are going, how would you enforce one?
