OpenVPN vs users
« on: 16 July, 2018, 02:16:43 pm »
Hello

I got OpenVPN set up on a Raspberry Pi Zero and it works well.

I wonder if it is possible to set up different users/accounts, where one user is able to see the local network and the other user can't but still can use the internet access.

Simply put I got a friend who lives elsewhere and need to get to websites in the UK that is geo-logged. I have set up the VPN and he can access the websites fine.

Right now the Pi is set up to not share anything and you can't see the network via windows. I haven't tried yet with SSH'ing into the Pi with the VPN if I can see the other puters that is sharing stuff on the next work. I got a feeling I can.

I have managed to set up two OpenVPN users, but I don't know if it is possible to make it open for one and not the other.
Current mood: AARRRGGGGHHHHH !!! #bollockstobrexit
