New Wordle variant created specially for the American Crossword Puzzle Tournament, which is being held right now:

Given that I scored 121, I have to say that 114 is an effort of pure genius.

Judging by the scores other people are posting online, 90 seems to be the benchmark to aim for.

Maybe they only people who post are those who have had a whole series of lucky guesses. My last effort is still online. My first word had no correct letters at all. That's pure chance. My second word had 3 incorrect letters and two correct ones in the wrong place. All of that is pure luck.

112 for me, a couple of lucky guess rounds and a dire final one requiring 4 guesses for the last letter!
