Title: FAQ Sticky?

We often have queries about how to look up a vehicle's status etc.  While there are always clever & knowledgeable folk who are happy to help with this kind of thing, would it be a good idea to have a sticky with useful links so we can do it for ourselves?

Also, I'm aware we have some quite technical discussions about road design & usage.  Is there a need for a glossary to help those less experienced/knowledgeable follow (and hopefully engage in) the discussion?

Just a couple of thoughts.

Good idea.  If someone's prepared to pull together the appropriate threads and summarize their content, I'll happily sticky an FAQ.
