Title: Physio signed me off

 So I am on my own now. Next visit to see the surgeons is April 2009, no more phsyio. Not fully recovered but as good as.

I have already done a 100, I suppose that counts. Got a 200 DIY planned for July. We are going to do the route that we were doing when I crashed.  Not sure if I should use a detour to avoid the corner where I crashed though.

I think a detour would be overkill, but slowing down a bit would be wise ;)

Seriously now, when I had my car crash (many years ago) I was utterly freaked out by similar conditions/corners for months. Driving round the same corner without incident did me a power of good*, so I'd recommend it.

(*although it was quite a disturbing experience)
