If you feature let me know your name / picture number as I might send some of them off to Arrivee - I could do with the twenty quid they give you for publishing pictures.

DSC_0214133 and 134 would be me - and thankfully, not looking too desperate! Thank you for not positioning yourself at the steep bit lower down where I was walking.

Great pics!
That's me at 0133053 to 5.
When I saw you had a camera I thought I'd look dreadful (I felt very hot) but at least I managed a smile!

Ditto. On the steepest part of the climb there was no shade and we were sheltered from the breeze. If you look a couple of pictures earlier you'll see me trying to mop the perspiration up a bit and practice my best 'arrivee' smile, although maybe a black cap was not the best choice for such a warm, hilly day out.

Now I'm all upset :'( My 1st ever successful climb of this hill but you must have been long gone by the time I arrived, along with the Willesden and Finsbury Park gang. Great photos nonetheless and I've forwarded the link to our local Wessex CTC riders - thanks

I liked http://www.flickr.com/photos/charlieandariane/5606287069/in/set-72157626344641103 (http://www.flickr.com/photos/charlieandariane/5606287069/in/set-72157626344641103). I don't think he was sure if regulations required mudguards or not.
Sorry LadyVet, my memory card filled up because like a muppet I forgot to empty it before setting out. Well done anyway, it's fairly steep in places, as my worn cleats testify!

I'll be there at the back.
Introducing Jes to the Joys of the Coast.
It will be my 33rd.................

Hoping life can be organised so as I can enter this.
Did it last year - and thoroughly enjoyed, even though finished near the back of the field.
Lighter bike and (slightly) fitter body should make the hills a little less taxing.
Abbotsbury nearly did for me last year because I was being blinded by the volumes of sweat pouring into my eyes.
-
I don't think I will be this year. First one missed for five years :(
-
One of my favourites, but not this year.
-
I've entered the Coastlet this year - AGES since I rode this (except the hill up to Hardy's monument, of course ;)). With the ride out and back, it'll be 100 miles + I think. 'Twill be enough ::-)
