Title: Kellogs Crunchy Nut Clusters (with chocolate curls)
Post by: Dave on 06 April, 2008, 10:02:31 pm
Why do I not have the willpower to restrict my consumption of these things?

They're like crack cocaine.

Whole box in less then 30 minutes (but with semi-skilled milk ::-)). Again.

I'm not even sure I enjoy the experience that much any more  :(

So, what's your binge-eating food of choice?

To quote my American sister-in-law:

Recently it's a Holland and Barrett dried fruit trail mix.  I can demolish an entire bag of the bloody stuff.  Little bits of crystallized ginger and pineapple, with nuts and raisins and dates.  Nomnomnom.

Problem is, all that dried fruit doesn't come free of certain consequences...

My favourite at the mo is Julian Graves' Goji Berry Medley, but have been known to demolish a whole bag of the H&B Trail mix in on sitting, as per Charlotte
