Pleasure was all mine (especially as last week's test ride was in perfect sunshine
). After several years of good weather for this event we were due some rain so i had a good turn out in the circumstances. Biggest plaudits go to the rider who left 20 minutes late and rode around with trainers on Look pedals, takes some serious determination the damp with quite a few steep bumps on the route
I'll hopefully get the results finalised tomorrow and then I'll think about finding a date for it in next year's crowded audax calendar.
