Carradice SQR Tour - weight limits

I have an SQR Tour (I think).
What is the weight limit I can pack it to before it gives up and fails?
Second question - If I want a second SQR block, any idea of a local (Southend, Essex) LBS, or do I have to go to the interwebz?

The weight limit for the SQR saddlebag uplift is 10kg, so I'd guess that the SQR Tour is similar

Thanks
A quick weigh on the bathroom scales shows that a mostly packed bag is a total weight of 5kg, so I would hope that a fully packed bag is under the 10kg.

I ordered a spare SQR direct from Carradice on the web. It was here the next day.
