It is a great programme.  I like Meades' inherent grumpiness, but also his sense of wonder and ability to be charmed.

The one about Aberdeen was rather good - remarkably positive on the whole  Spot on re Toupé Trump and Union Terrace Gardens.


And yes, we do have dormer windows

He is a modern day Betjeman which is no bad thing,  much better telly  than I anticipated too, was sort of expecting that whole weary celebrity on location thang.
