Interesting, but even they realise that there are significant issues, namely overtaking and joining/leaving to name just the obvious ones.

It seems a little ill thought out, and reminds me of rail-bikes, which I guess is pretty much what it is, only elevated and using specialised tracks rather than normal railway tracks.
Actually, it is rocket science.
