If you've already bought (won) something, and want to request the seller sends the package with 'signed for' option, but this will be ~£1 more (or even £3 more special del.) - anyone know what the procedure is?  If agreed with the sender, do I pay an additional amount when I paypal?

You can normally add on more money at paypal time, and stick something in the notes like "Extra £x for special delivery"

Worked for me in the past.
