Blackberry Desktop Freeware?

I bought a SH Blackberry from Ebay a while ago, which didn't come with any software for the PC. I don't use any of the fancy functions - I just use the diary - so that's not a real problem. I would be nice to be able to back-up the diary and address book, though.

Does anybody know of any Freeware that will enable me to synchronise files with the PC (A windows XP machine, FWIW)?

What model Blackberry have you got?  If it's an 8820 then I can copy my software disc if that helps.

Annoyingly, it doesn't have a model number on the case. But it looks like this one, so presumably is a 72-something or other...
