Chicken or Turkey pie filling for cooks in a hurry

Meat + Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken or Mushroom Soup.  Simple as that.  Moist and tasty.

That's not a new twist at all (my mum used to do it at least 40yr ago!), and indeed is mainstream in American "cookery".

Ok, it's not new (although my mum claims to have invented it), but maybe not every YACFer has thought of it or realises how nice it is.

Jus-Rol pastry adds speed and is better than I can make. There's a choice of types, too.

Oh no, I don't approve of shop pastry.  The idea of the quick filling is to give you the time to make pastry.  :)

Life's too short to make your own puff pastry or filo pastry! That wastes valuable gin time!

Along these lines:

Chicken pieces in roasting dish.
Mix mayonnaise, ketchup 'n chutney.
Pour.
Bake.

Eat with rice.
