Welsh Round the Year Randonneur.

The URL http://www.aukweb.net/events/detail/14-677/ mentions it but I can't see any mention of such a thing elsewhere, is it a separate award like the SR Cymru, or is it just an RRTY that you know that you completed in Wales.
