the news clip I saw a few days ago indicated that she`d done a reasonable training program so I`m sure she`d done `more than an hour` before E>L but well done anyway  :thumbsup: and maybe it`ll bring more positive pro cycling publicity
....after the `tarte de pommes`, and  fortified by a couple of shots of limoncellos,  I flew up the Col de Bavella whilst thunderstorms rolled around the peaks above

Yeah, the was a big spread about it in Hello magazine, she's been training all year with professional trainers.  Sounded more like she just wanted to keep getting out there and enjoying it.
