Sprinters. They've shifted the finish line 5m forward from Manchester's - something to do with being the right side of the line when they exit the banking for the last 200m.

These peeps are, amongst their other habits, no strangers to 'acquiring access to premises before they're finished'.
No idea whether any of their number extends to cyclists, though.

almost certainly, they'll need to test everything out. Bejing was used for the World Cup before the Olympics
