Get Fit, Not Fat.

Is cycling enough to keep us fit? Well no, at least not according to the "experts".  As we get older (and I have already passed the Biblical 3 score plus 10) we need to do more than just twiddle the pedals! So I have put pen to paper, or in this modern age, finger to key board, to collate this <wanky spam link>

Quite, maybe find a more subtle way to get some more riders to your very localised club rather than spamming whole forums...
