SKS Chromoplastic 35's with SRAM Force or Red brakes?

Anyone know whether this would work?  Considering moving to Red Etap groupset on the VN Yukon.  At the moment have Ultegra 6600 shifters and brakes which just about give clearance for 28mm tyres.
