Has anyone used this service?
It comes with a couple of Nokia music-orientated phone models and entitles you to unlimited music downloads for a year. Yes, really - unlimited downloads, which are yours to keep.
There is, of course, a catch. Maybe 2 catches.
The main gripe is DRM
- the WMA-format music is limited to the PC to which you download it and to the phone itself. It won't work anywhere else

The other catch is that AFAIK the bitrate is mostly 128kbps - which is insufficient for listening on proper audio equipment.
But if you view the service as just for your phone, it's not a bad proposition for exposing yourself to lots of music you may otherwise not pay to obtain.
