She's got a Brompton, so can just walk onto a train to Mordor Central without a bike reservation.

She's got a Brompton with a close-ratio racing hub.  I've got a ten pence piece with some notches filed in it for a granny ring.  And I know where the hills are.   8)

(And I can't imagine Charlotte's enthusiasm for hunting me down exceeds her dislike of Mordor Central.  Not after the Electric Mountain ride.)
