Ze High Command in Whitehall have finally sent through my £250 old bloke's heating allowance but instead of doing the right thing in spending the whole lot on Xmas booze, I've frivolously spent this on a Calor gas heater for our extension, thus avoiding the necessity of opening the fridge door to warm it up!!
I'm sitting here with warm legs, as we speak!
