I know it is only 9:30AM, but tonight's supper is going to be Chicken Noodles.
I bought a couple of cooked chucks yesterday, stripped the flesh from them and used the carcasses to make stock.
The noodles will be cooked in plain water for 4 mins, then drained. the chuck flesh will be warmed through in sesame oil and soy sauce. The stock will have garlic, ginger and lemongrass added. For the last few minutes I will through in some thinly sliced carrots, runner beans and sugarsnap peas. Place noodles in bowl, pour over stock, add veggies then top with chook.
