Not 100% but it looks to me that you might just get a *him*no sealed bearing to sit in the top race. Not based on anything more than intuition and eye. YMMV.

Caution: May contain traces of complete bollocks . . .

If you need headset parts, check out http://www.tandem-club.org.uk/_clubshop.htm. YOu may need to supply dimensions as best as you are able to 'ensure' correct fit, but this is the best option I can come up with at the moment. Sorry I can't be more help.
