Manchester Egg

I'm not to supposed to praise stuff from the wrong side of the Pennines but I had one of these at a beer festival on Saturday and it was very good indeed. Like a scotch egg but the egg is a pickled egg and the sausage meat has black pudding mixed in with it.
I think you'll find it's a bit more complicated than that.
